Hey friends !

Here I am, once again with a stupid french phone correcting every single word I wrote...

Well, I was in Senegal for two months and that was just amazing (my phone correct it with amazon...).

There, I saw something so different... So if you're not from France, you would have had a different vision but here's mine :  Since I'm back, everyone is asking again and again the same question : "How was it ?" and 5 days after I still don't know what to say. I can't put words on it. So I'm puttin it down so I can answer  next time.

Of course I can say that it was wonderful, unique, surprising but you can say that for everything.

Being 2 months with only one of my friend in Senegal wasn't the way I expect it.

It was sometime scary when someone or you are sick or when you're in a dangerous taxi cab.

It is sometime too warm to do anything so you have to try to stay inside.

It make you tired when you walk in the sand all day and work with the sun.

The work with the kids at the charity was sometime hard when they were hurting you to get your attention.

It was hard to find little things to offer at the return on France.

It was fun when we were on some destroyed sand roads or when we were doing our mosquitos hunt before getting to bed.

It was impressing to discover the traditions, the houses, the way they live...

It was beautiful seeing the colors, products, smells, lights...

It was amazing to spend time with the kids and to see them progress but also seeing them smile, laugh, run...

It was good to know a friend better and share this.

It was great to share with a bush of lovely people always ready to help you.

I loved to take the plane one more time and to see France by night and from the sky.

It was great meeting all those nice and open people.

It was great to share with a bush of lovey people.

It was good for someone so stressed to be so peaceful.

So yes if you ask, it was wonderful.

So it was a great break on my life and now I'm just getting back to reality !

Xoxo, Hélène
